Rating System - When tasting wine, one should taste the driest wines first. Beside each wine description is a number between 1 and 10. This is a relative Dry to Sweet rating. 1 is the driest and 10 is the sweetest. Most places would tell you when to serve the wine. We will not. The decision of what wine to serve is yours alone. What you like and what the book says are often two different things. Ferrin's Fruit Winery encourages you to serve whatever wine you like, whenever you want to.

Mulled Wine: Many have enjoyed the mulled wine we shared at Holiday Mart. We now have the Wine Mulling Spices in stock. If you haven't tasted this delightful way to enjoy wine, please come in for a tasting, or enjoy making your own. The aroma is housewarming!
