The Aronia Berry is a northern berry that looks like a blueberry but thinks it’s a cranberry. Often used as an ornamental plant by landscapers, the Aronia berry is rich in antioxidants and vitamins. The tart juice makes a very pleasing wine which is delicious by itself. It can also be mixed with a gallon of pink lemonade to make a tasty summer refresher.
