This is for the dry red wine enthusiasts (You know who you are). Made from Concord Grapes, it is lighter and smoother than a Merlot and has a low astringency. This is a wonderful sipping wine. Great with Italian food, and also enjoy it with a well-seasoned steak or other fine cut of beef.
